Refund Policy

We try to keep this simple and fair. Plans don't auto-renew, so you only ever pay for what you actively decided to buy. Reports are one-shot purchases that auto-generate; once a PDF is delivered, it's delivered.
1. Plans (Free, Lite, Pro)
- Plans are not refundable after activation. In return they do not auto-renew — your next 30-day cycle is your decision.
- If you were charged after cancelling, or charged twice for the same period due to a payment-gateway error, email us and we'll refund the duplicate within 7 business days.
2. Reports (Personal, Marriage, Career, Annual)
- Reports are not refundable once generated and delivered.
- If a report fails to generate within 30 minutes of payment, we will either (a) re-generate it free of charge, or (b) issue a full refund to the original payment method — your choice.
- If the report is generated but does not arrive on your WhatsApp due to a delivery issue on our side, we'll redeliver at no charge. (We can't help with WhatsApp delivery delays on your device or network.)
3. Bonus follow-up messages
Each report includes 20 follow-up messages. Unused follow-ups expire 90 days after the report is generated and have no cash value.
4. How to request a refund
- Email support@aurafied.in from the email or WhatsApp number associated with your account.
- Include: your order ID or the Razorpay payment reference, the date of purchase, and a one-line description of the issue.
- Send the request within 7 days of the original payment.
5. How long refunds take
Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days and credited to your original payment method. Bank processing usually adds 3–10 business days depending on your bank and method (UPI is fastest; international card refunds are slowest).
6. Chargebacks
Please email us first. We're a small team and almost every issue we've seen is faster to resolve directly than through a chargeback. If you file a chargeback without contacting us, your account may be temporarily suspended pending the dispute.
7. Exceptional cases
Where the law gives you a stronger refund right than this policy (for example, under specific consumer-protection regulations), that stronger right applies. This policy is not intended to override any non-waivable statutory right you may have.
